However, the rapid advancements in AI technology, such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, signify a major shift in the coaching industry. This transformation has led me to reflect on how we, as coaches, can adapt and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients while staying true to our mission.

AI has the potential to enhance the coaching process significantly, but it's crucial to remember that it serves as a tool, not a replacement for human interaction. Here are some ways we can reinvent ourselves and leverage AI in our practice, ensuring that our core value remains intact and our mission to inspire and nurture the Inner Diamond in our clients is fulfilled:
